REMINDER: TEAMS MUST STAY IN ONE OF THE HOST HOTELS OR CONDOS LISTED ABOVE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 25th ANNUAL FLORIDA BASEBALL BEACH BASH. 1. Hotels will require a rooming list and a deposit for the first night's stay one month in advance of arrival date. The balance of the hotel bill for your team's entire stay must be paid upon arrival. Due to the size of the room block during Spring Break, there are no hotel refunds for teams desiring to leave before the conclusion of the event. 2. Call you preferred hotel or condo representative directly with the number of rooms needed for your team and coaches. Coaches will be reserving team rooms ONLY and are asked to secure these reservations with the coaches name. This will guarantee that coaches and players have first priority in booking reservations. Hotels are requesting that parents, relatives and all non-team guest contact their hotel of choice and request the "Best Available Rate" and to secure their reservation with a credit card. This will help to reduce the confusion during check-in and insure that ALL guests of the 25th Annual Florida Baseball Beach Bash have hotel accommodations. 3. When calling Bash Host Hotel or Condo facilities to inquire or to make reservations, all coaches must identify themselves as part of the 25th Annual Florida Baseball Beach Bash" in order to take advantage of these group rates! 4. When making reservations, give your hotel contact your arrival and departure dates. Be sure to arrange travel plans in accordance with your host hotel's check-in and check-out times. 5. Host hotel accommodations are limited and are available on a first-come/first-served basis. Host hotel contact personnel are ready to take your reservation requests now! |
