Pricing Information
  • The cost of the event is $1115.00 for varsity teams and $920.00 for junior
    varsity teams. This includes field rental, umpires, insurance and the use
    of pre-negotiated hotel rates.

  • Your $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit will hold a spot for both of your
    teams, or for your varsity only, and is due by October 26th, 2020.

  • The balance of your team fee is due by December 7th, 2020.

  • Varsity teams will play five contests, while junior varsity squads will
    compete in four games.

  • Contests will be held in excellent ballparks, including the newly renovated
    Niceville High School, Choctawhatchee High School, Ft.Walton Beach High
    School and Navarre High School fields.

  • Throughout your stay, Beach Bash personnel will be available to assist in
    event information, directions, food and accommodation information.
