The cost of the event is $1,365 for varsity teams and $1,115 for junior varsity teams. This includes field rental, umpires, insurance and the use of pre-negotiated hotel rates.
All Coaches and Players MUST STAY in the Accommodation Partners Hotels/Condos (listed on our Housing Page) to participate in our event otherwise, you will be charged an ACCOMMODATION FEE OF $1,000).
Your $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit will hold a spot for both of your teams, or for your varsity only, and is due September 21st, 2024. The balance of your team fee is due by December 6th, 2024. Register early for what is sure to be another wonderful spring Baseball extravaganza at the beach!
